General Agreement

yatestaboga.com is own by yatestaboga.

Role of yatestaboga: We act as reservation agents (brokers), not as ship operators or owners.

yatestaboga is not a direct or indirect maritime carrier or operator. Yatestaboga does not own or operate any boats. All charters and tours are operated by Panamanian shipping companies authorized by the Panama Maritime Authority. By making a reservation through yatestaboga, the client enters into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the service(s) provider at which the client books. From the point at which the client makes their reservation, PANAMA acts solely as a reservation agent between the client and the operator, transmitting the details of reservation to the relevant service provider and sending the client a confirmation email for and on behalf of the service provider.

Yatestaboga responsibility is limited to facilitating the reservation between the client and the operator and sending confirmation emails on behalf of the service provider.

BOOKINGS

A) Bookings are subject to acceptance of terms and conditions, including a fixed payment for group services. Clients must be over eighteen.

B) Bookings are provisional until Yatestaboga confirms and receives full payment.

C) Cancellation fees apply once the reservation is paid in part or full.

D) Clients are responsible for reviewing all terms, conditions, and documentation before booking.

E) Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received by Yatestaboga.

F) Clients must ensure all booking details are correct.

G) Yatestaboga is not the operator; service providers are responsible for all service aspects, including safety and regulation.

These points outline the client's obligations and the operational boundaries of Yatestaboga.

SAFETY OF OPERATION Without limitation, the client acknowledges and agrees that the operator or their staff will be solely responsible for all decisions regarding safety determinations with respect to the commencement, operation, and termination of the services.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

● 7 Days Prior to Departure Date: Non-refundable ● 8-14 Days Prior to Departure Date: 50% of payment is refunded ● 15-29 Days Prior to Departure Date: 65% of payment is refunded ● 30 or More Days Prior to Departure Date: 80% of payment is refunded

Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive cancellation request.

Deposits are not refundable after 1 weeks they are paid. All cancellations must be made by email with the sales advisor
